Open Call for Best Innovations 2026 (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia)

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, together with 13 regional chambers of commerce, has launched the 24th national call for Best Innovations. The central theme of this year’s call is Innovations Create a Safe Future.

The calls are open from 10 February to 3 April 2026.

GZS and the regional chambers invite innovators to submit their innovations and present them to expert juries at the regional level. Regional chambers will award bronze, silver, and gold recognitions. The highest-rated innovations will advance to the national level and be presented at the final event, Innovative Slovenia – Innovation Day, which will take place on 15 September 2026 at Brdo pri Kranju.

The call is open to companies, sole entrepreneurs, organisations, individuals, research institutions, and educational institutions. Applicants may submit product, process, marketing, organisational, or social innovations, or a combination thereof. Innovations must have been introduced to the market for the first time or implemented in a production or business process between 1 January 2024 and 31 March 2026.
