The business practice Partnership for the Development of Future Experts, developed by Lek in collaboration with the University of Ljubljana (UL), the University of Maribor (UM), and the University of Primorska (UP), has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious Best of the Best 2025 competition, organized by AmCham Slovenia.

The project was recognized as one of the top three in the Collaboration category, alongside CUDV Radovljica with the project The Power of Diversity – An Opportunity for All and Telekom Slovenije with the project Let’s Use Smartly – Partnerships for Knowledge Transfer and Digital Empowerment.

The Best of the Best competition traditionally highlights inspiring and impactful business practices of Slovenian companies that, through innovation, motivation, and collaboration, help shape a better business and social ecosystem. This year saw a record number of exceptional project submissions, greatly impressing the expert jury.

Being selected as a finalist is a notable recognition for the University of Ljubljana, as it confirms the importance of linking business with academia in the development of talents who will shape the future. Together, we are building bridges between knowledge and practice, research and solutions, universities and businesses.
