Cultivating Innovation: Weber Farm and Agricultural Institute of Slovenia’s Joint Efforts in Organic Farming

Weber Organic Farm has been successfully growing strawberries and vegetables for over 30 years, actively collaborating with the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia. With the support of the Knowledge Transfer Office, they establish experimental research plots on their farm every year, where researchers test new approaches to berry cultivation.

This collaboration facilitates the transfer of knowledge from laboratories directly to the farm fields, while also organizing events that promote knowledge exchange between growers and researchers. In this way, they contribute to the advancement of organic farming and the dissemination of knowledge within the agricultural community.
