A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) allows us to share our unprotected knowledge or ideas with others for the purpose of assessing interest in potential collaboration. This agreement prohibits the recipient from using our knowledge or ideas without our permission or disclosing them to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recommended to sign an NDA whenever confidential information is shared with a third party, especially if its disclosure could cause economic harm or jeopardize the future protection of intellectual property rights. It is important to note that this agreement does not grant any intellectual property rights related to the disclosed information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
