{"id":11124,"date":"2026-03-09T14:55:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prenosznanja.si\/en\/?post_type=novice&#038;p=11124"},"modified":"2026-03-09T15:02:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T14:02:52","slug":"online-info-day-on-the-eic-pathfinder-challenges-2026-call","status":"publish","type":"novice","link":"https:\/\/prenosznanja.si\/en\/novice\/online-info-day-on-the-eic-pathfinder-challenges-2026-call\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Info Day on the EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026 Call"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>European Innovation Council (EIC)<\/strong> will organize an online information day on <strong>20 March 2026<\/strong> to present the thematic challenges of the <strong>EIC Pathfinder Challenges 2026<\/strong> call, which supports the development of breakthrough technologies in the early stages of development (TRL 1\u20134).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opening plenary session will provide general information about the funding scheme, which is intended for high-risk research and innovation projects with strong potential for the development of radically new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be followed by parallel presentations of the thematic challenges for 2026, led by EIC Programme Managers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced materials for miniaturized energy-harvesting systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biotechnology for healthy ageing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DeepRAP: deep reasoning, abstraction and planning for reliable cognitive artificial intelligence systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will be able to ask questions live via the Q&amp;A platform. As in previous years, there will also be an opportunity for a short <strong>2-minute idea pitch<\/strong> for those seeking project partners. Interested applicants must indicate their interest during registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be streamed live from Brussels, and recordings and presentations will also be available after the event.
