Participants listened with great interest to guests from UNICO Analytics \u2013 Vojtech Nosek, Vojtech Kadlec, and Alexandru Sirois \u2013 who shared their experiences, practical advice, and examples of both successful and less successful practices in navigating the often complex processes of transferring research outcomes to the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop provided valuable insights into the challenges of knowledge commercialisation and encouraged open discussion on how research organisations can more effectively support their researchers in protecting and marketing intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the programme started with a one-hour delay, this also highlighted the high level of interest and the lack of sufficient time and space for systematic exchange of experiences in knowledge transfer among researchers.
